Why Is My 10CRIC Deposit Not Showing?
If your 10CRIC deposit is not credited to your wallet, the most common causes are a temporary payment processing delay, a UPI transaction that was approved on your app but not yet confirmed by the bank gateway, or a crypto deposit that is awaiting blockchain confirmation. Crypto Deposit Not Credited
For crypto deposits, check the blockchain explorer for your transaction hash to see how many confirmations have been received. Bitcoin requires one confirmation (approximately 10 minutes). If the transaction shows confirmed on-chain but funds are not in your 10CRIC wallet after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash.
